Location:  San Jose Area, CA
Compensation:  Commensurate with experience
Summary:
Fast-paced and growing investment firm is looking for top quality team players to join their company. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with management potential that can hit the ground running and who is interested in growing into a management role.
Responsibilities:
  • Research and respond to questions from clients and related professionals via telephone/e-mail/written correspondence and in-person
  • Perform extensive array of administrative tasks for Advisors
  • Record/maintain client information in client record management database
  • Utilize database for mailings/reports/special projects
  • Enter investment data/import and link data within multiple spreadsheet applications
  • Perform miscellaneous duties/projects simultaneously with high level of accuracy as assigned
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Series 7 License
  • Experience with Pershing preferred
  • Knowledge of Albridge preferred
  • Well versed in Microsoft Products
  • Experience in CRM
  • Excellent leadership/time management/prioritization/organization/communication/collaboration/interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting several Advisors in a team atmosphere
