Job Title: Vice President, Client Service Executive (Investor Relations)

Position Summary:
To be the CIM client service representative to both existing and new potential investors.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for articulating CIM's investment strategy, platforms, competitive advantages, performance, and for explaining in detail CIM's various investments to both existing and potential investors and other stakeholders
Promoting CIM's organization (brand awareness and recognition)
Be the primary point of contact for CIM's existing investors to provide and maintain regular communication and client service through in-person meetings and/or calls
Develop and maintain relationships with new potential investors and responding to their requests and concerns
Research and analyze potential investors, competitors and other market dynamics
Work closely with the Business Development Group to create and structure new products
Represent CIM at various trade organizations, conferences, panels, and the like
Work closely with the Client Service Analytics Group to respond to investor questions and requests
Accompany existing and new investors on property tours as needed

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field required, MBA preferred
Between 5 and 15 years’ experience in private equity institutional funds
Direct experience in Investments or Client Service / Investor Relations with an established network of institutional contacts
Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience with Sales Force or similar software a plus
