Compensation:  Generous base salary plus commission
  • The Business Development Consultant plays a key role by supporting or leading business development efforts with strategic clients.
  • Partner with a Regional Vice President (RVP) to execute business strategies within a given territory with a focus on acquiring new business
  • Identify opportunities with key advisors such as, product fits, segments, referrals etc.
  • Serve as a point of contact regarding service and support
  • Manage and retain the SalesForce CRM, client profiles and an optimized travel schedule for RVP partner
  • Develop extensive working knowledge of our product offerings and articulate how to complement competitor products
  • Be responsible for sales success as determined by sales goals and number of referrals generated
  • Consistently meet or exceed customer expectations as measured by satisfaction surveys
  • Maintain a minimum call volume each day and a targeted number of appointments on behalf of the Regional Vice President
  • Meet or exceed attendance expectations at certain firm events such as road shows, conference calls, broker dealer events, due diligence events or other business initiatives sponsored by the firm
  • Intellectual curiosity, analytical skills and ability to influence others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work with a CRM system such as SalesForce
  • Previous sales and relationship management experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred
  • Primarily motivated by sales success and meeting firm sales goals and targets with an emphasis on acquiring new business
  • 3-5 years previous work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.

Asset Manager seeks Associate to work as part of a team with several Financial Advisors. Degree from a highly competitive university and relevant industry experience required. Required: analytical, written/oral communication, organizational, computer. Responsible for all aspects of client servicing, which involves: heavy client interaction and problem solving for high net worth prospects, clients and intermediaries. Provide functions such as, portfolio analysis, research, account creation, maintenance and reconciliation, special projects, preparation of marketing/prospecting presentations. Analyzing financial information provided by clients/prospects to determine strategies for achieving their investment objectives. Working synergistically with the team to build relationships and achieve goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. He or she will also be detail-oriented and able to multitask. Series 7 preferred.
Private Client Coordinator – San Diego
As a liaison between two Professionals and clients, the Private Client Coordinator plays a vital role in client relationships. Duties: support multiple Financial Advisors, initiate and respond to client requests, answer calls within your team and while covering the reception desk as necessary, prepare presentations and reports for Advisors’ high net worth clients, schedule and maintain meetings, appointments and travel plans to effectively manage Advisor’s calendar, and general administrative.  Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Flexibility to work overtime as workload demands change. Job Qualifications: 1 year of experience as a coordinator, administrative or executive support in a corporate or professional office, excellent verbal and written communication skills for heavy client interaction, effective interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt to a variety of personalities.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Supervisor, Corporate Actions – Los Angeles
This position will support the responsibilities assigned to the corporate actions team and assist the Middle Office Manager in providing oversight for day-to-day Corporate Actions tasks. The Supervisor role is a high impact, high risk position that monitors and executes capital changes across Fixed Income, Equity, and Global securities types, while also providing oversight on day-to-day team operations. This position performs a crucial role by monitoring time-sensitive notifications for Corporate Actions such as corporate reorganizations, acquisitions, stock splits, mergers, rights issues, puts, exchanges, tenders, etc. The information is prepared for processing and communicated internally for review and instructions. This position is highly visible where the individual will interact daily with the Trading Desk, the Operations Teams, Information Technology, as well as other internal and external business partners.  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, 5+ years performing similar Corporate Actions duties for a buy/sell side asset manager, strong Corporate Actions experience with Equity and Global Securities, knowledge of domestic and global fixed income and equity securities/instruments, extensive knowledge of Corporate Action transaction processing in Accounting and/or Trading Systems, experience in a supervisory or management capacity performing similar duties with a buy-side asset manager, or equivalent sell-side experience is required.

Managing a team of accountants who act as daily points of contact for our clients, providing client service on a multitude of matters including recording and analyzing transactions, reconciliations, and preparation of work paper packages, coordination of external audits, Form PF filings, Management Company reporting requirements, review and Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and partner capital recording packages including all supporting work papers and disclosure documents, assisting with integrating new clients onto the TNR software package, interacting with clients at various levels and maintain client relationship, responding to client inquiries and requests, preparation of client service plans, calendars and timelines. Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), Private Equity, Global Macro, Fixed Income, Mortgage, Credit, Distressed, Long/Short, Risk/Stat/Arbitrage, Emerging markets and Fund of Funds, Addressing and researching security set-up and maintenance, Ensure security's  static data for various product types are updated and accurate across systems for various products including equity, fixed income, swaps, bank debt, loans, futures, options, FX, mortgages and repos, Interacting across regions with various internal departments such as Fund Accounting, OTC Operations, Investor Relations and IT, Reviewing work prepared by others, Processing Corporate actions.
BA in business/finance , 3+ years experience with Corporate Actions and Back Office Operations working for either a Prime Broker, Administrator, Hedge Fund, Mutual Fund, Investment Advisor.prior experience working in a client service environment with various products including equities, fixed income, repurchase agreements, futures, FX, Mortgages, options. Prior experience working with vendors for static/reference data as S&P, Bloomberg, Reuters, IDC, Moodys, MarkIT a plus.
